Raw Analytics is an independent data consultancy specialising in Power BI and business intelligence for marine, offshore, and SME clients. We're small by design — no account managers, no junior handoffs, just direct analytical work from the people who know your data.
Why we exist
Most businesses are sitting on more data than they know what to do with. Spreadsheets that take hours to update. Reports that are out of date before they're read. Decisions made on gut feel because the numbers are too hard to get to.
Raw Analytics was founded to fix that. We started working with marine and offshore operators in Cornwall — industries where operational data is complex, time-sensitive, and genuinely consequential. Fleet fuel consumption, vessel uptime, offshore compliance deadlines: these aren't vanity metrics. Getting them wrong costs real money. That environment shaped how we think about data: automated, accurate, and built to be trusted.
We've since expanded to work with SMEs across the UK — manufacturers, retailers, professional services firms — but the approach stays the same. Understand the business first. Build the right solution second. Make sure it runs itself. We've now delivered over 50 dashboards across marine, offshore, and SME sectors, and every one of them refreshes automatically. If it needs manual intervention to stay current, we haven't finished.

Every dashboard we build is designed to update itself. We've connected Power BI to GPS APIs, accounting platforms, CRM systems, and legacy databases. If it requires manual intervention to stay current, we haven't finished.

We're rooted in the South West — close to the marine and offshore industries that shaped how we think about operational data.
